Welcome to BLOU Amsterdam, home to goldsmiths Froukje van der Avoird. At BLOU, we love exploring artistic ideas and make unique and personal jewelry right from our studio on De Lange Leidsedwarsstraat in the Amsterdam Centre. Our goal: to make high quality personal jewelry using diverse materials.

You can find more of our designs in our store. You are welcome to come by anytime or to make an appointment.

BLOU also offers custom designs, reparations, and other help with your jewelry. Froukje is ready to help you.

From now on, you will no longer find Margriet at BLOU. As of March 1, 2026, she will be working from her own studio in Amsterdam under the name Margriet Cuijpers Jewelry. For more information, see www.margrietcuijpers.nl.
