Vanaf zaterdag 9 november kunt u in de winkel het werk van Ziènna Neles bewonderen. Ter ere van de opening van deze expositie nodigen wij u graag uit voor een borrel en hapje bij BLOU.
Fantasy. People usually lose their own fantasy when they get older, I’m trying my hardest to keep mine alive. I love to work with my own fantasy, especially making fantasy creatures. Everything around me can be a possible creature. From simple things like a spot on the floor to complex shapes of an art object. I like to give the object I’m transforming into a creature the characteristic of the original object, which can make fun combinations of visuals and their character. I’ve been creating creatures for years now and recently I’ve been placing them in my own created world. What I really would like is to take people on a journey into my world, to show them all kinds of things that they haven’t seen or explored before. To let them feel like a little kid again, seeing everything for the first time and to inspire them to use their own fantasy once again.
